Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Inventory and order for Vending and Beverage warehouses
- Provide administrative support to Owner Manager
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Familiarity with Mac and Mac applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Some accounting will be useful
