Cranberry Township, Butler County, is seeking summer 2025 interns for a unique opportunity with several Cranberry Township departments.
THOSE INTERESTED IN APPLYING TO THE SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM MAY ONLY SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATION TO ONE DEPARTMENT.
The Parks and Recreation Department oversees and manages recreational and educational programming throughout the Township. The focus of this position is on the aquatics operations at the Cranberry Township Waterpark. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, coordinating daily programs and operations, event planning, and providing customer service.
The program will run from approximately May 19, 2025, through August 8, 2025. While interns will spend most of their time with the department they were hired on with, this internship will include a variety of events and tours to allow interns to get a sense of the entire Township operation.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an educational institution. Students seeking an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degree in a relevant major preferred.
Approximate Hourly Wage: $13.00
Applications will be accepted through March 3, 2025, or until the position is filled, whichever occurs first.
