Position Overview:
As a High-Volume Bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bar, serving guests in a bustling, upscale setting. You’ll craft expertly made cocktails, pour premium wines, and serve a variety of local and international beers, all while maintaining top-notch customer service and attention to detail. We’re seeking someone who thrives under pressure, can handle a fast-paced environment with grace, and has a passion for mixology and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and speed
- Provide exceptional service with a warm, engaging personality
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including preparation, restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously in a high-volume setting
- Assist in creating seasonal or specialty cocktails as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations accurately
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender in an upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and wine pairing
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends
