Join a fast growing company as a Lead Restoration Technicians. Lead Restoration Technicians are responsible for Fire, smoke and water damaged structures and leading a team on pack-outs, on-location cleaning, including storage and handling
CRDN of Midsouth is a restoration contractor. We specialize in fire and water restoration. We are seeking a Lead Restoration Technician who is hard-working, and confident in his/her ability to lead the job. This person must be comfortable meeting new people, be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player.

Duties:
- Lead Restoration Technicians for Restoration Pack-out(s)
- Proper packaging & wrapping of items securely according to company standards for loading transportation and delivery.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times
- Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables and tools
- Take care of your company vehicle and shop
- On call rotation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Byhalia, MS and soon Memphis, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
