CRDN/ Restore Clean specializes in restoring homes and businesses after catastrophic events such as fires and floods. Our expert team works diligently to remove, clean, and repair items impacted by such losses, collaborating closely with homeowners and insurance companies to ensure a smooth and efficient recovery process. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Field Technician to join our restoration team. As a Lead Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in surveying insurance loss sites, developing detailed plans for inventory and removal of contents, and leading our pack-out teams. This position requires a blend of industry knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Survey and Planning:
- Conduct comprehensive surveys of fire or water-damaged sites.
- Develop and document a detailed plan for inventorying and removing all specified contents in collaboration with homeowners and insurance carriers.
- Determine the optimal order for removing various content types and outline the best room-by-room approach.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and oversee teams responsible for packing and removing large contents.
- Provide clear instructions and support to team members, ensuring the efficient execution of the plan.
- Adjust plans as needed based on site conditions and other variables.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance representatives, and other contractors on-site.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and any necessary adjustments to the plan.
- Maintain clear and open lines of communication within the team.
- Problem Solving and Adaptability:
- Apply analytical skills to address challenges and ensure the project stays on track.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt plans in response to unexpected changes or complications on-site.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the contents restoration industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic situations.
- Training will be provided, but experience in a similar role is advantageous.
