Our client in the retail space is looking to hire a full time Manager of Database Marketing and Analytics!
What they are looking for: The Manager of Database Marketing & Analytics will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and optimizing marketing performance. This role will leverage consumer insights and advanced analytics to inform decision-making, ultimately driving business growth.
Duration: Full time, direct hire
Location: **Hybrid, Tuesdays and Wednesdays on site in Framingham, MA**
Salary: $135-150k base 15% annual bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement database marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Manage a team of 4 direct reports/data analysts
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize SQL and Databricks for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of analysts in executing marketing analytics projects using Python and other analytical tools.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in database marketing, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with Databricks for data analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus but not required.
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
