$500 Signing Bonus (after successful 60-day review) : Monday - Friday Only
Creative Dining Services is looking for a Chef to join our team at Brandywine Creek Conference Center. Brandywine Creek is Whirlpool Corporation’s Leadership Development Conference Center. It is situated on 125-acres of protected Lake Michigan sand dune and oak forest. The facility is known for its hospitality and high end dining experience to Whirlpool visitors from all over the globe.
A Successful Candidate Will Have :

The Successful Candidate Will :
- Time food production such that all food is ready at the time of service
- Prepare food items in which preserves food freshness, quality and appeal
- Maintain production records / logs (food usage, overages, shortages, customer counts, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- If work shift requires, properly open and/or close the kitchen, unlocking/locking doors & secured areas, and turning on/turning off of all equipment essential to the operation.
- Support other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately
- Be proactive in communication; monitor communication posting areas closely
- Putting away/pulling stock as needed
A Successful Candidate Will Have :
- 3 - 5 years experience in local, sustainable cooking
- 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certification & ServSafe Allergen Certification preferred but not required
