Required Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in high-end bar
• Extensive knowledge of spirits and mixology techniques
• Flexible schedule
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Guest & Section management
• Menu, wine, and beverage knowledge and communication
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and high quality standards.
• Be accountable for bar cash drawer and paperwork at the end of shift
• Greet guests warmly, making eye contact
• Provide guests with a premier dining experience
• Successfully work as a team player
• Be accountable of bar by restocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness
• Build a loyal guest base following
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours or more)
• All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided)
