This organizational leadership role is responsible for planning, implementing, and directing activities that support the institution's ability to achieve and sustain successful accreditation at AHS, including ARMC, AFMC, AGMC, APMC, AMG, Home Health, and Hospice.

• Acts as a consultant on interpretation of regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Partners with AHS leaders to ensure a constant state of readiness
• Leads on-site surveys
• Advises on policy development, and educates health care providers on the relevance of standards supporting a culture of Zero Harm safety, high-quality patient centered care, and continuous improvement.
• Contributes leadership and assistance to enterprise-wide initiatives as a member of the Quality Division at AHS.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN)

Master's Degree Nursing (MSN) or master's degree Healthcare Administration (MHA)

Registered Nurse with a current Ohio license

Certified Joint Commission Profession (CJCP)Preferred Certifications

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

3-5 Years Nursing and 2-3 Years Healthcare Leadership

5-7 years progressive Health Care Leadership
