Manager
Seeking high-energy and hard working manager to grow with company. This is a hands-on working manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage workforce of approximately 20 employees. Includes scheduling and employee relations.
- Provide positive customer engagement. Resolve all customer concerns.
- Maintain stock at appropriate levels. Inventory and order weekly.
- Precisely follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and fun environment for both customers and employees.
Position Description:
This is a leadership position. Prospective candidate will work closely with owner on both daily operations and long-term company goals. Evening and weekend shifts will be continuously required.
Required Qualities:
Prospective candidate must have unquestionable integrity above all else. Must also display a strong sense of both personal responsibility and accountability and be willing and able to hold subordinates to the same standard. Must have strong business sense and display a working knowledge of cost controls. Must display strong dedication and commitment to the organization. Must be able to maintain calm and make positive decisions during potentially stressful periods.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years in supervisory or managerial position.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
Two-year college degree
