This is a full-time, on-site role for an AV Installation Technician based in Grand Rapids, MI. The AV Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, setting up, and configuring audio-visual equipment, performing system cabling, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems are fully operational. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with customers to understand their needs, providing professional customer service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
