Duties
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- handle all insurance claims and billing
- Provide support in the dental office environment, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- prepare and go over treatment plans/insurance coverages with patients
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
