Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding to ensure property remains attractive and well-kept.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Implement irrigation systems, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist in planting, transplanting, and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants in accordance with horticultural best practices.
- Conduct lawn care activities such as fertilization, aeration, and pest control to promote healthy growth.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to promote safety and efficiency on job sites.
Skills
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems design, installation, and maintenance.
