Position Summary
Supporting the SAP master data lifecycle, including creation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies and procedures.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Manager of Business Solutions within the Accounting Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Process requests for creation and changes to SAP Business Partner records, G / L Accounts and 3rd-party system data.
- Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of data across various systems including owner, vendor, and material data.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in the master data.
- Assists with cross-functional projects to consolidate, clean, and optimize master data across the organization and identify opportunities for enhancing data accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
- Provide support for internal and external audit requests as needed, while strictly adhering to SOX requirements.
- Will work closely with various teams to troubleshoot, support and resolve data conflicts as needed.
