Position: Estate Planning Associate
Location: Texas

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years’ experience in fiduciary litigation and complex probate and trust matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence, and demonstrate the ability to independently manage a docket of cases while building a sustainable practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle fiduciary litigation matters, including disputes involving trusts, estates, guardianships, and related proceedings.
- Develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies to resolve multi-issue disputes efficiently and effectively.
- Independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
- Maintain regular client communication and provide timely, substantive updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to firm-wide initiatives while cultivating individual practice growth.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; strong academic credentials preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fiduciary litigation and complex probate/trust matters.
- Proficiency in the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage litigation independently and communicate effectively with clients and courts.
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Admission to the Texas State Bar.
