What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) position at CREST Collaborative?
CREST is currently looking for two (2) full-time BCBAs for our Andover campus.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The BCBA reports directly to the Assistant Program Director. The BCBA position supports our programs and students at 20 Shattuck Rd in Andover, MA. This position may also support area member districts. Position requires leadership experience and ability to multi task.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Complete FBAs
•Complete ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and related assessments
•Develop individualized behavior plans
•Oversee initial program set-up (completion of assessment and evaluation development of goals and objectives)
•Manage data collection: Designing individualized data collection, overseeing the data collection methods and ongoing monitoring and analyzing of data
•Ability to train staff and lead professional development is necessary
•Provide ongoing monthly supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
Salary : $45,000 - $95,000
