Job Summary:

The Experienced Ticket Product Sales Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and delivers outstanding guest service while facilitating the sale of Summer Activities, Lift Tickets, Season Passes, and Ski & Snowboard School lessons. As a PSS Sales Agent, you are part of the guest experience and the face of Vail Resorts! We are looking for guest experience-focused individuals who are positive, and outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, while well-disciplined, and take pride in their work

• Outlet: Private & Group Lesson

• Housing: May Be Available

• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.39 / hour

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Weekends and Holidays

• Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Vail resorts core values:

• Punctual, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy.

• Aptitude to communicate fluently and effectively in English

• Be able to work independently

• Ability to stay calm and perform well in busy and stressful situations

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.

• The ability to work effectively with dynamic and constantly changing information.

• Good knowledge of computer systems, Word, Excel and Outlook preferred

• Broad experience in various aspects of customer service preferred

• Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude.

• Keen to learn new skills, and open-minded.

• Able to work outside in a summer environment.

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $23.39. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
