Responsibilities: As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the hub of guest interactions. Your smile and efficiency will set the tone for their stay. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Warmly welcoming guests, verifying reservations, and efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures.
- Reservation Management: Taking phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy, and assigning rooms based on availability.
- Guest Services: Assisting guests with inquiries, providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and dining options.
- Problem Solving: Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, whether it’s a room issue or a lost key.
- Cash Handling: Managing payments, processing credit cards, and maintaining accurate records.
- Phone Operation: Handling incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
- Concierge Services: Recommending activities, arranging transportation, and making restaurant reservations.
- Security Awareness: Monitoring the lobby area and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Collaboration: Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
