Duties:
- Coordinate and manage nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- On call will be required
Qualifications:
- Preferred Level II Assisted Living experience
- Current state nursing license (RN)
