Title: Mental Health Facility Administrator/Director
Role Description: The Administrator/Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the center’s overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations. The Administrator/Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Administrator/Director is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Administrator/Director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.
Qualifications
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range
$120,000 - $150,000 USD

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current California ASCW, AMFT, APCC or above.
- A minimum of five years in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity.
- Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria.
- Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.
