Job Description
The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. This position will act as a Cavalier Suites Sales Coordinator. The job duties include:
- Consulting w/ clients to process all orders for Cavaliers suite events
- Develop an excellent repore with all Cavalier suite clients
- Maintaining accurate current Cavalier Suite agreements and ensuring that JPJ production staff and operations are kept up to date on most recent changes
- Ensure all Cavalier suite catering agreements have the proper signatures and payment info.
- Responsible for processing all Cavalier Suite agreements
- Attends all Cavalier Suite events as scheduled and meets the client on site to ensure the highest customer service
- Coordinate and supervise set-up and execution of Cavalier suite and Catering events as needed.
- Complete and produce accurate and up to date JPJ Sales Projections
- Attend all SMG production meetings
- Assist with marketing, hiring, training and scheduling of all JPJ Suite Attendants
- Complete and produce accurate and up to date JPJ Alcohol Reports (MBAR)
- Complete and produce accurate and up to date JPJ Manager Function Schedules
- JPJ Taxable Sales report, update on monthly basis
- Assist with creating, updating and changing all Cavalier Suites Football, Arena and Baseball menus
- Along with Catering Sales Director will all be the contact for all catering sales/operations at JPJ Arena
- Produce on a regular basis client alcohol inventories
- Complete and produce accurate and up to date JPJ Business Operations reports regularly.
- Assist in marketing efforts and promotional events with Sales Director (menus, tastings)
- Assist with any office reports (Employee Labor Report, Sales, schedule/time sheet)
Job Responsibilities
• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest.
• Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Coordinate resolution of guest concerns
• Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
• Previous guest services experience required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
