The Demand Generation Manager drives new customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion by developing and executing innovative growth marketing strategies to build awareness, accelerate pipeline, and convert opportunities at every stage of the funnel. This role requires a deep understanding of top-of-funnel (ToFu), mid-funnel (MoFu), and bottom-of-funnel (BoFu) initiatives for B2B SaaS companies, with a focus on creating ABM campaigns, partner events, and paid media strategies that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role focuses on scaling performance marketing campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and delivering measurable growth in pipeline and revenue. The successful candidate will be adept at leveraging account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to attract and nurture high-value accounts and is a hands-on strategist with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, demand generation, and analytics.


Responsibilities

ABM Campaign Management:

  • Deploy tailored ABM programs that generate interest, accelerate buying decisions, and expand our footprint within strategic organizations.
  • Leverage intent data and engagement signals to dynamically identify high-potential accounts and proactively prioritize accounts for sales outreach and campaign inclusion.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel paid and organic ABM campaigns, owning campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and brand marketing teams to create compelling targeted assets to use in content syndication, personalized outreach, and nurture flows

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and new customer acquisition.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns, including partner events, content syndication, and paid media strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., search, social, display) and optimize to maximize ROI and pipeline
  • Proactively identify, test, and scale new lead acquisition channels and tactics
  • Use audience segmentation and ICP analysis to tailor campaign creative and messaging at every stage of the funnel.

Pipeline Growth & Funnel Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize every stage of the demand funnel, monitoring performance metrics including lead volume, quality, cost-per-lead (CPL), and lead to opportunity conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, channels, and CTAs to enhance performance and maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure a seamless lead handoff and to drive successful conversion from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) to opportunity.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use marketing analytics (GA4, marketing automation, CRM dashboards) to report on campaign impact, pipeline attribution, and ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
  • Use analytics tools, including GA4, to provide actionable insights and refine strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend optimization for maximum pipeline impact

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure strong alignment around target segments, messaging, lead handoff processes, and revenue goals.
  • Support cross-functional GTM campaigns, such as product launches, webinars, and events.
  • Work in close collaboration with Marketing Operations to effectively leverage and influence the marketing technology stack to drive results.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, piloting new approaches and sharing learnings across teams.


Requirements

To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience driving revenue-focused demand generation in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and proficiency in paid media strategies, ABM, email marketing automation, and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for testing emerging tools, tactics and channels.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus.

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
