Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer, based in Atlanta, GA with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service operations, troubleshooting, and technical support. Day-to-day tasks will include preventive maintenance, installing and servicing UPS devices, and ensuring the reliability of critical power systems. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and addressing client technical queries.
