Critical Mass is seeking a VP, Technology to lead our Chicago-based team and account. The Squad group of accounts is an exciting collection of brands anchored by the US Army and has a broad range of technology needs : technology strategy, large platform architecture, micro-sites, precision marketing, and more. You’ll lead a growing team, be directly supported by Technology Directors and Leads, and be part of the Chicago office leads team. You will :
- Lead and grow the Squad accounts and talent
- Provide technical strategy and leadership within CM and to our clients
- Partner with other disciplines to elevate the digital experiences we deliver
- Support organic and new business growth
- Bring unique expertise to CM and leverage others’ expertise from across the org to drive innovation
- Build relationships across TeamDDB
- Reinvigorate the technology team and build cross-disciplinary relationships
- Provide thought leadership
- Willingness to undergo federal security clearance (CAC / T3) if required
- Contribute to and support CM Technology Discipline initiatives
- Directly mentor Technology Directors and Technology Leads, and indirectly guide the careers of their direct reports
