Responsibilities:- Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience
- Organize all automotive documents, repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
- Communicate necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner
- Review and verify vehicle warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs
- Schedule appointments for service technicians
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory
- Prior experience in a service advisor role not required but is highly preferred
- Must have problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other fundamental programs
- Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral
