Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Receptionist with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service skills to join our Corporate Office.


As CRMG's first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Plus, you will be an active member of the Social Committee to help plan and organize exciting corporate events and activities!

Office Location: Cedar Hills Beaverton or Downtown Portland Corporate Office

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hr

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.

Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement for all business-related travels.

What you will do as the Receptionist (Job Responsibilities):

  • Answer the central telephone system and direct calls accordingly, in a timely and cheerful manner.
  • Receive the public and answer questions, in person and by telephone; respond to inquiries from employees, residents, and others, and refer, when necessary, to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage requests for reservation of all conference rooms and maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule.
  • Responsible for maintaining the front desk, lobby, and conference rooms in an organized and clean condition.
  • Responsible for managing office operations including ordering supplies and equipment, and ensuring the corporate office is well-maintained.
  • Support the receptionist at one of the other corporate offices. This can include traveling to the office on occasion. 
  • Be an active member of the Social Committee.
  • Sign for deliveries.
  • Maintain a log of messenger items.
  • Maintain pick-up items for UPS and other carriers.
  • Complete all required training on time.

Requirements

What you will bring as the Receptionist

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Some general office or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Computer proficient and able to learn company software programs. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to speak, write, read, and comprehend English.
  • Able to organize, alphabetize and maintain filing systems.
  • Able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and a diverse population.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
