What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Operator (Williamsport area) position at CROSBY ENERGY SERVICES?
Responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring separators, dehydration equipment, compressors, meters, pumping equipment, well sites, and control devices to ensure optimum production. Performs daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities in order to assure all equipment is operating and functioning properly.
Maintains reports detailing items such as production volumes, fluid production, chemicals used, monitoring well pressures, etc. Makes minor necessary repairs on equipment to ensure minimal downtime while also considering company environment, safety and health objectives.
Performs general site maintenance including site clean-up and minor facility repairs. Will be expected to perform site safety shutdowns as well as report any spills, complete daily Job Safety Analysis, Lock Out Tag Out reports as required.
Provide guidance and instruction to contract crews on well site.
