We are looking for eager individuals to join the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will be trained professionals who can provide top-level service to
match the level of cuisine and the quality of the products we serve. We are looking for individuals who communicate well, are dependable, and enthusiastic. The
candidates will have a passion for food and beverage equally and understand how to read a guest properly to ensure quality service, leaving a lasting impression and memorable experience.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Serving experience in an upscale market
• Strong knowledge in food and beverage (wine and champagne knowledge is a plus)
• Manual handling
· Able to work well under pressure during times of high-volume service
· Exceptional upselling techniques
· To ensure all allergy procedures are followed at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience as a Room Service or a Server in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
· Knowledge of Micros POS System
· Highly organized
· Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
· Work in the Mini Bar when necessary
· To have a full understanding of New York City Health Department standards and regulations
· To take personal responsibility for punctuality
