Job Description:
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Cross-Country Locums, you will be working in a hospital-based setting, providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients for a wide range of cases, including endo, ortho, ophthalmology, general, urology, vascular, gyn, and ENT procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed to maintain a stable and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a CRNA in the state of Virginia
- AANA certification
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 8 and 10 hour shifts
Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
