As a registered nurse, you will provide care for patients dealing with illness or injury. Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and provide treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
You'll work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient centers, private practices, home health agencies, telemedicine platforms, nursing facilities, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in long-term care
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
