Main Responsibilites
- Assess the quality of care provided to patients by reviewing medical records, treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Identify trends in patient care and safety
- Ensure compliance with home health infusion regulations
- Collect and analyze data related to patient care (clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, adherence to protocols)
- Perform regular audits of clinical practices, medical records, patient care processes.
- Identify potential risks to patient safety and work to mitigate them.
- Have up-to-date state RN licensure
- 2 years experience in the role of QA RN
- Home Health and/or home infusion experience preferred
