We are Cross Creek Landscape Design Build. We are rooted in a deep passion for creating magnificent outdoor living spaces and an abiding love for people and Jesus. We specialize in high-end landscape construction projects including all aspects of landscape / hardscape / softscape design, construction and installation.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. Qualified applicants must understand the core values and standards of our company, as follows :

Expediency, efficiency, and punctuality are essential to providing the high-level services our clients expect and deserve.
Key Responsibilities & Skills :
Detailed site surveys
Meeting with clients to hear their vision for their projects
Developing beautiful digital landscape design presentations for clients
Presenting designs to clients in a winsome manner
Leading a team of designers and / or crew members
Ability to work well with a team of designers, builders, and business professionals
Excellent communication skills
Experience with digital design software
Creative
Innovative
Understanding of environmental factors involved in landscape design
Project and timeline management
Knowledge of plants and hardscape materials
Designing within a budget
Foster a people-focused work environment, promoting teamwork and reliability.
Qualifications :
AA in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture
BA or MA Landscape Architecture preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Must be driven, production focused, and quality oriented
Benefits :
30-60 / hour
