Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to become a part of our team and help provide our villagers with the highest quality of care. As an LPN working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values.
Our current needs include:
- Part-time; working 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 16 hours per week. Some weekends and holidays may be required.

Job Description:
As an LPN, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Providing in-home nursing care to villagers via scheduled appointments, wellness checks, and emergency responses.
- Scheduling and following up with routine lab appointments for villagers.
- Participating in weekly care team meetings to help with care coordination.
- Collaborating with physician and/or RN as needed.
- Assisting in the scheduling and administering yearly flu vaccines to villagers/staff.
Education and Experience:
- Must be licensed as a practical nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Post licensure experience preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate CPR competencies.
- Evidence of continuing education in line with community, state and federal regulations.
- Must possess quality mindedness, critical thinking, initiative in leadership responsibilities, interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills.
