- Manage the entire quoting process from receiving project specifications to delivering quotes to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze customer needs and develop tailored quotations.
- Ensure pricing accuracy by negotiating with suppliers and assessing market conditions.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking quotations and follow-ups.
- Develop relationships with key accounts to secure long-term business.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quotation processes and best practices.
- Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the quotation process.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for materials cost and availability.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with plumbing supply company.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in quotation and pricing software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
