The Executive Assistant provides high-level support including calendar management, successful coordination of business meetings, and maintaining contact with all new clients. This position exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative needs and prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously. Job Responsibilities include managing calendar and scheduling a variety of business meetings, handling incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications, arranging travel and reservations as needed, creating well-organized, grammatically correct memos and emails, assisting with special events planning, using various software applications such as spreadsheets and relational databases to keep the rest of the team informed on clients and deals, maintaining constant contact with clients to ensure that the appropriate documentation is being submitted, handling any gifting programs, and managing and maintaining all marketing plans. Qualifications and Skills required are an Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred, 3 years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant in a management level setting, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and excellent communication skills.
