Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement testing scripts that meet user requirements and performance standards
- Participate in technical design discussions and planning meetings
- Provide weekly project status updates to management and Product Team
- Support the development of engineering tools and solutions
- Maintain database systems and related programs
- Manage and update product roadmap quarterly
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency with experience in Looker Studio and BigQuery
- Working knowledge of relational databases (MongoDB, Oracle)
- Experience with network inventory tools and their structure
- Extensive experience in designing test cases/scripts from design documents
- Understanding of telecommunications and network infrastructure topology
- Knowledge of OSI model
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- JIRA
- Looker Studio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
