Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to assist with daily yard work, facility cleanup, and special maintenance projects at our Indianapolis locations. This is a full-time temporary position ideal for individuals who are reliable, take pride in keeping work areas clean and safe, and can follow directions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general yard work to maintain clean and safe outdoor spaces.
Support daily facility cleanup tasks including sweeping, debris removal, and general maintenance.
Assist with special projects such as painting and minor repairs at multiple facility sites.
Operate basic hand tools and follow safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
No prior experience required; general labor or maintenance experience is a plus.
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
