Key Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management or director-level roles in a senior
living community.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Must hold a valid Administrator Certification.
Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their well-being.
Proven ability to manage operating expenses and optimize financial
performance.
Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate, inspire, and lead by example, fostering
high-performing teams.
Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with residents, families, staff,
and the broader community.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills and technology solutions.
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
