REQUIREMENTS. ALL applicants must be:

Primary Function: The Subcontract Coordinator will perform multiple tasks to support the Senior Contract Administrator including tracking a variety of subcontract information.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all active subcontractors in Crowder’s system have been properly approved through the internal prequalification process.
- Assist in reviewing revisions to subcontract terms and purchase order terms.
- Assist in drafting revisions to Crowder’s standard subcontract and purchase order terms.
- Ensure that subcontractors and service-providers maintain compliance with Crowder’s minimum insurance coverage requirements.
- Maintain list of project-specific insurance policies and interact with project teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and timely completion of policy cancellations and extensions.
- Request feedback from project teams on performance of subcontractors and service-providers on Crowder projects.
- Assist in distributing project statements and related notices.
- Interact with various state licensing boards to ensure compliance with contractor license requirements in the states where Crowder works.
- Assist in completing company contractor license applications, revisions and renewals.
- Maintain company license lists.
- Work as a Corporate Services team member to complete projects as needed.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
- Four (4) year degree desirable
- Construction knowledge or experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to create, edit, and merge documents in MS Word
- Able to create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets in MS Excel
- Able to use the calendar, contacts, and email in MS Outlook
- Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to use discretion and keep sensitive information confidential
- Must be able to prioritize several tasks at any given time
- Must have initiative and a strong work ethic
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professional ethics and demand the same from all employees
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing
Direct Supervisor: Reports directly to Senior Contract Administrator
