Job Overview :
As a Carrier Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering talent development, and overseeing carrier sales operations. Your leadership will shape the success of the Carrier Sales team by executing process improvements, aligning teams to meet performance objectives, and strategically managing relationships within the carrier network. You will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure a positive, productive work environment.

- Lead a team of Carrier Sales Reps. ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Foster a culture of accountability and set clear monthly and quarterly goals for load booking, profitability, service levels, and operational efficiency.
- Provide regular coaching and actionable feedback to team members through 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews.
- Create a data driven culture used to inform on productivity, profitability, and excellent customer outcomes.
