Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership:
- Manage and oversee the service departments daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to dealership standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Establish performance goals and monitor team performance to meet or exceed dealership and manufacturer standards.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all customer interactions reflect Crown Motors commitment to quality and satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores by implementing strategies to enhance service quality.
Operational Management:
- Develop and maintain efficient systems for scheduling, repair order processing, and communication between service advisors and technicians.
- Monitor department productivity, workflow, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer policies, and dealership procedures.
Inventory and Equipment:
- Monitor parts inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of required components.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of tools, equipment, and facilities to support safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher in automotive technology, business management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership service operations.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong financial and operational management abilities.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, moving between office and shop floor.
