• Perform regular preventive maintenance and manual tasks to guarantee seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
• Monitor grain conditioning and storage practices closely to prevent potential issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in grain operations is highly valued.
• Foundational knowledge of grain handling, conditioning, and storage principles.
