Location Overview Join our team in Aman New York. East meets West and old meets new. Manhattan’s iconic Crown Building is reimagined as Aman New York, where the city’s original architectural splendour and Aman’s harmonious design language collide, reimagining the inimitable tranquillity of Aman in the heart of Manhattan’s midtown. With a year-round Garden Terrace, flagship Aman Spa and spacious suites all among the largest in the city. Role The Concierge will assist guests with a wide scope of services and will also act as a liaison between the guest and other departments within the hotel. This position has an hourly compensation rate of $37.81 per hour. Key Responsibilities Performs all Concierge Assigned functions, preparing, and executing an ideal Aman New York Journey to guests Liaison between departments Provide exceptional guest service by fulfilling a variety of requests, including restaurant reservations, theater ticket assistance, limousine and transportation arrangements, and offering directions and local recommendations. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests via in-person, phone, text, or email communication. Ensure accurate handling and timely delivery of guest confirmations, packages, floral arrangements, and mail. Maintain and update a high-quality guest profile database to support personalized service and guest satisfaction. Maintain the Concierge Desk and storage areas in an orderly manner and properly stocked. Provide quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Follow up and follow through. Responding to guest and leadership feedback, in areas relating to Guest Satisfaction. Focusing on improvement regarding feedback Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Front Office.
