Retail Sales Associate

Crown Trophy of Pleasanton is seeking a friendly, dynamic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in our store's operations, encompassing sales, cashier duties, logistics, customer service, trophy building, processing orders and assisting in various tasks to further business development.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Engage with customers and assist in selecting appropriate products and services
• Process orders and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Shipping and receiving as well as organization of merchandise shipments
• Assemble and customize trophies, plaques and awards per customers specifications
• Support our team in various administrative tasks and operational activities
• Take initiative and complete assigned tasks to streamline business operations
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance store efficency and customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales, customer service, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
• Basic proficiency using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology
