We review resumes continuously for future opportunities.   Pay rate - $17.00 hourly Weekly pay on Friday Benefits/PTO/401(k) available   Assembler Job Description: Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for PRD Department.   Assembler Job Responsibilities: Prepares work to be accomplished by studying/learning assembly instructions, parts list, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Glass Clean Station: Off load glass from raw storage rack by hand, briefly inspect for defects, clean using alcohol wipes, place on WIP table for Prime Station. Priming Station: Retrieve bottle applicators from nest, trace along the template while applying the primer by squeezing the bottle. Once all 3 bottles have been applied, open template and place onto Curing Tree. Molding Station: Retrieve moldings from staging table beside station each time, place into machine along the vacuum guides, peel adhesive strips, retrieve glass from curing tree and place into molding station, once process is complete, hand glass to next operator. Urethane Station: Place all components in station (spacers/clips) and ensure all sensors are made, place glass from Molding Station into machine, once process is complete the glass is handed off to QC for inspection. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and safety regulations. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Able to follow directions, and work in proximity to other team members Flexible to work demands, and build hours as determined by the client Communicates effectively Knowledgeable of quality specifications and is able to handle defective material   Assembler Job Requirements: Able to work in a fast-paced environment Problem Solving Experience
