About Company
$19 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
- Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
- Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
- 2 years of maintenance experience
- Skills and abilities to accomplish tasks
- Well-rounded individual, good work ethic, team player, works independently, friendly, punctual, follows instructions written and verbal
