ROLE: Front-end customer support role facilitating communication and claims transactions between the company, adjusters, and clients
REPORTING LINE: Reports to Manager of Central Services
IN SCOPE:
- Monitors the email boxes and claim systems for new claim assignments.
- Sets up new claims in FileTrac and VCA and assigns them to adjusters and supervising adjusters.
- Assigns and dispatches adjusters to claims
- Completes inbound/outbound call duties.
- Engages in general office admin as needed (e.g., mail, receptionist, office supplies, meeting support, etc.)
- Makes first contact with the insured and completes any surveys as required.
- Assists with general adjuster outreach related to new programs, services, training, etc.
- Special projects as required and at the direction of the Manager of Central Services
- Works with Supervising Adjusters to determine applicable Field Adjuster.
- Communicates with the supervising adjusters and management on the results of adjuster searches.
- Sends completed documents and invoices to clients if required.
- 2 years call center or administrative support experience
- Knowledge of Data Entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn to tasks.
- Ability to cope with surge in business.
- Customer service focused.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks timely.
