The primary purpose of this role is to support Franchise Partners in enhancing profitability and strengthening brand sentiment through strategic local marketing efforts. This position serves as a key resource for local marketing initiatives, leveraging marketing expertise to conduct tests, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations. The role demands strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders. As a member of the Public Relations team, the candidate must possess an understanding of PR principles and the ability to represent the brand consistently and professionally across various platforms and interactions. This role is integral to driving the success of our franchise partners through effective local marketing strategies and strong public relations practices.
\n- Grand Opening Support: Facilitate PR calls with Franchise Partners and their Consultants to ensure successful grand openings.
- Development of Localized Assets: Create and provide new marketing materials tailored for franchise partner use.
- Marketing Strategy for Low-Performing Stores: Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve performance in underperforming locations.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the Creative team to develop and test new marketing assets.
- Local Partnerships: Assist Franchise Partner Consultants in establishing and maintaining local partnerships.
- Communication Management: Monitor Slack channels to manage requests and provide answers to local marketing inquiries.
- Copywriting: Write engaging copy for a variety of local marketing materials, including radio ads, email campaigns, flyers, and mailers.
- Marketing Testing and Analysis: Conduct local marketing tests, analyze results, and write detailed case studies to share insights and best practices.
- Program Development: Contribute to the development of new local marketing programs for inclusion in the Franchise Partner Marketing Guide.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with the Data Analyst team to create dashboards that measure marketing effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
- Education and Background: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in running and analyzing marketing tests.
- PR Acumen: Natural ability to apply public relations practices and maintain brand integrity in all communications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring success and making informed marketing recommendations.
