looking for a Audio Visual Programmer in a broad range of
services including: AV Design and Integration, Interactive
Classroom Technology, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage,
and more!
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and
deploy functional audio and control programs for various
AV manufacturer solutions

Commission AV
systems either remotely or onsite
-
Train Customers
on their programming and control of their new AV
systems
-
Provide
technical support for tier 2 help desk
issues
-
Host discovery
calls with customers/reps
-
Engineer
solutions
-
Research new
equipment
-
Perform site
surveys
-
Review proposed
solutions with customers
-
Serve as backup
for sales, project management and support
Requirements
- Experience in designing and engineering complicated integrated AV rooms
- Extensive Programming experience in the AV Industry
- Deep understanding of complex customer requirements
- Experience working with pre-sales engineering to design the right solutions for customers
- Working with Sales and Engineering to support customer sales efforts.
- Highly focused on creating solutions to delight customers
- General knowledge and familiarity with building construction, the ability to read and understand construction documents, plans, and specifications is a plus.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display proficiency with PC office tools, such as: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- High degree of professionalism, diplomacy, integrity, and flexibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent and three to five years of relevant work experience or degree in a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an audio/visual Engineering or Programming roll
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communications skills, with clients and customers, team and stakeholders
- Experience with continuous improvement process
- Methodical and highly organized
- Crestron Programming Certification
- QSC Q-Sys Certification
- Experience with configuring Cisco/Polycom Meeting Solutions
