Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate restoration and construction projects across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and quality expectations. You will act as the main liaison between stakeholders, subcontractors, and the company, while also managing on-site safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site restoration and construction operations, including scheduling, managing subcontractors, and coordinating material deliveries.
- Maintain adherence to project schedules and budgets while ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Perform routine site visits to assess progress, proactively address potential problems, and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance overall project execution.
- Enforce safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure a secure job site.
- Maintain thorough and accurate project records, such as daily logs, progress photos, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate project updates, key milestones, and potential delays to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a comparable role within the restoration and construction industry, managing a wide range of project types.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and applicable safety standards.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work at various project sites as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
